The bad reputation emanates from the times of the sailships(with bad headwind capabilities) when westerly storms drow ships into the bay being crossed against vicious cliffs on the windward shoreline.
Still the weather demands high attention especially in winter times when storms are frequent.
We have a three day weather window at the moment with several weather sources being consistent with each other. E.T.A in Camaret sur Mer is late evening on Tuesday and there´s a blow coming in to Brittany Wednesday morning giving us a reasonable margin......
