I have had this warning on the blog before. This watch is not made for use outdoors. Not only has the watch itself  broken several times with expensive repairs as a result but the bracelet brakes regularly (around once a year) needing repair.

I have had the Seamaster for 8 years now and since the bracelet can brake anytime I have been  close to loose the watch while working on deck or when diving. Before the Seamaster I had a Certina dive watch which has been with me for 17 years now(as a reserve the last years) never causing any problems and those watches are in complete different price cathegories.

I´m not a great fan of all conspiracy theories out there and subsequently I was surprised when learning about Wolksvagen and their deliberate cheating on the emission from the exhaustsystem. What about Omega-do they earn money from expensive repairs and lost watches?

Nevertheless-don´t buy!
