With Dora Mac crippled I had no other choice than to remain in Naousa allthough a gale force 6-7(28-34kts) was expected from the north. Iannis, the harbour master from Parikia came for a short visit to try to sort all mess in the marina out and advised me to use three mooring lines. Well aware of the fact that Naousa is not good for gales from the north, other boats left the harbour. Once exposed to the gale there was quite a swell in the harbour and very uncomfortable but never dangerous. No mooring line broke.
