With some wind to head south we headed for Georgetown, Friends Tom and Sabrina who have been hiding from the weather near Staniel Cay are heading down there so we set off. We were able to anchor near Chat and Chill and settled in. Tom and Sabrina arrived later in the day and anchored not far away, soon we were over having a catch up.
We had a social time in Georgetown as there were so many boats we know, Honey Ryder, Il Sogno, Kismet, Rockhopper,  Radiant Spirit, Fortuna, Castaway, 2Outrageous - the list goes on, there were a large number of boats from Deltaville and sometimes sundowners on the beach was a Deltaville reunion! We made new friends, went to a beach jam, played on swings and went to another dinghy concert, this time Pauline Played from a dock accompanied by Todd (from Castaway).

Despite the clouds it was scorching hot, Janine had the right idea floating in her rubber ring!
Somehow we managed to spend 11 days anchored there, socialising and enjoying the company of friends, Tom and Sabrina left a few days before we did, they are heading south having not enjoyed the Bahamas like they thought they would. We waited for what we hoped was a good wind to sail North.
