We went to a meal and drink at a local restaurant laid on by Frank, a band played Haitian music, we didn't eat but gave the children the food as they looked like they needed it more than we did!

  

Stupidly I managed to delete  my photo’s of the occasion, I met a cute 11 year old girl called Shelove who sort of adopted me, she was very sweet spoke only creole and French but we got by and she came out to see the boat with me and introduced us to her father, we saw her again a few days later when we were out walking to find a hotel the other side of the island for internet access, she grabbed my hand and didn't let go, she and 3 other children took us the scenic way to the hotel .
