The wind has picked up a bit since midnight and we have made good progress – not always in the right direction – in the night the wind was more north easterly and so we had to head further south than our desired route, once it was light this morning we changed the pole to the Starboard side and gybed the main – not something we would undertake in the dark. We are currently sailing at about 7 knots with reefed sails, last 24 hour run was better at 154 miles. After a dolphin free 24 hours we have been visited by a pod this morning they were enjoying surfing in the waves.
