35:01.38N 75:55.39W Upped anchor at 7am and joined the line of boats
heading south, we were all entertained by lots of small groups of dolphins who
all stopped for a few minutes to play with us before going the other way, great
to see so many after so long an absence.
The weather was much warmer and this afternoon we were in t-shirt's for the
first time since Sandy bought cold weather.
Our SSB now seems to be working well – it wanted a few ferites here and
there to stop the radio frequency interference so now we can join in the morning
net.
It looks like we will have a weather window from Wednesday for setting off
on the next part of the trip which is out to sea again and heading down towards
Florida. |
