26:31.07N 066:36.56W Position at 12.00 EST What a beautiful night, of course there was no wind, the sea was very flat almost mirror like you could see the stars reflected on it, the boats wash was a line of bubbling phosphorescence which was really pretty and quite entertaining, kept me occupied for quite a while watching it. The forecast says that the wind will fill in today sometime this afternoon and come from the Port side and we will hopefully be able to sail the rest of the way to Saint Martin with the wind on the beam or forward of the beam, by Wednesday we’re expecting it to be quite feisty with 20+ knots possibly 30+. I have spent this morning cooking supper for the next 3 meals so all I have to do is put them in the oven. |
