We were set on Freddie seeing a couple of famous places during his stay and headed to Staniel Cay and Big Majors and anchored just on the south side of Big Majors. First we decided to head ashore to Staniel Cay to get a few fresh veg if possible in the shop and have a walk around.
We left the dinghy at the beach near the small marina, there were a lot of nurse sharks hanging out near the marina, fish caught and bought ashore get cleaned here and the guts and bits get thrown in the water which provides an easy meal for the sharks and rays so they hang out there.

We found a shop and managed to get a few not quite so fresh vegetables and headed back to the boat, next we went for a snorkel in the Thunderball cave which was used in the 1965 James Bond film - Thunderball, we went around low tide but the current through the cave was still fairly strong, there were lots of fish but unfortunately I didn't get any good photos. From there we went back to the boat to get the vegetable scraps and headed round to big Majors to see the swimming pigs.
