With some northerly wind in the forecast we headed into Nassau Harbour, on the way in we passed Rockhopper heading out with some of their friends on board and Steve had a quick chat on the VHF with Carl, we headed to the east end of the harbour and anchored near the Folly. We did some provisioning, mainly for fresh meat for Steve, vegetables, fruit and some bread, we aren’t sure if we will get a weather window to head all the way to Deltaville or not as the forecast keeps changing, at the moment - it doesn’t look hopeful but if we have enough food on board at least we can decide along the way.
We also met up with Janine and Tom from Kismet who came and visited after they anchored just outside the harbour and of course we saw Vicki, who we  went out for lunch with, I love seeing my old school friend and never seem to have enough time with her, I don't know when we will see each other again as we may well not stop in the Bahamas next year!
With a reasonable forecast to head to the Berry islands ready to leave for the USA it was time to move on.
