What a pleasant spot to anchor - we had a great night and once more we were up early and set off at sunrise, the wind was light but we were soon sailing with Genoa, main and mizzen all up, as the wind strengthened and we got a bit further off the coast we took the mizzen down, reefed the main and genoa, still we were having a superb sail, although not too comfortable, a lot of the time we were doing 7-8knots despite the choppy sea and the decks got very wet 😬 until we were in the lea of the land again when the sea flattened again.
3 full sails up for a change but not for long!
We covered the 42 miles quickly and were in the anchorage in-between Rota marina and a military base by 13.30.
