39:28.71N 75:56.31W Anchored in the first place with adequate depth after going aground trying to get in the harbour on the canal. A long day but we carried the tide from 6 this morning (11 hrs) all the way here so perfect planning or was it just luck. Hopefully we’ll get get a good night’s sleep. Carol forgot to mention earlier but when she was on watch last night a bird flew into the sail, bounced off and landed on her before falling to the deck stunned but it got up and flew into the rigging before Carol had worked out what had happened!
