morgen for å høre mer.
English version
Today has been one of the rare (for the dry season) days of rain here. We
had a wet run by motor back to Le Marin, followed by a wet morning waiting for
the rain to stop and reading, playing on the PC etc. An equally wet afternoon
was soon upon us. Finally at four the rain turned into showers and I made a dash
ashore to the boatyard to talk about the possibility of hauling out in order to
re do the antifouling. There was no one there - neither in the workshops nor the
office. Perhaps it was the rain or the carnival which made everone leave early.
Glancing at the travel lift on the way back I noticed that the motor was missing
- presumably under the tarpaulin nearby. This doesn't look to good for getting a
quick haul out done in this carnival week. I will go in again in the morning to
confirm the situation. Without telephones which work properly and the grey
weather I will cut out the picture today.
