We have had another lazy day in the fine weather. As we have internet access we have spent some time reading the Norwegian papers, local news from Årdal, sending E-mails and playing bridge with my old regular partner. A bit of boat cleaning and polishing both inside and out in the morning soon resulted in overheating so we retreated to the marina pool for a swim. It is really great to be in a marina with its own pool included in the price (http://www.marinarubicon.com/eng/index.html for those interested in a possible stay here). A spot of lunch and cold beer by the pool rounded off the morning before some more boat cleaning and odd jobs. This evening we are going to a grill party for all the Norwegian boats in the harbour - we think there are eight all told, but we will no doubt get the exact count later this evening. Today's pictures show Rønnaug by the marina pool, grape growing Lanzarote style (described in yesterday's blog), the volcanic landscape and cactus graffiti.
