Monday 30^th November 2015

At lunchtime we collected Nick from Newcastle airport after his overnight flight from his uncle’s in Perth, via Brisbane.  He said he didn’t want to catch up on sleep, so after taking him back to the boat to dump his bags and have a quick wash and brush-up and a cup of tea,  we took him to the Memorial Walk, where he enjoyed the views and likened the coast to Cornwall. 

By the time we got back to the yacht club it was Happy Hour, and being Monday it was the $10 dinner special, so that was the evening meal taken care of.  Just about asleep on his feet by now, Nick made it back to the boat, and after falling asleep mid-sentence twice, he finally gave in and went to bed.  Tomorrow we will chat about plans!
