We arrived in Bayona at midnight on Thursday earlier than expected after a cracking sail down the Spanish coast. Most of the fleet were already there, and we woke on Friday morning to find China Blue alongside, where they had slipped, apparently silently, about four in the morning. They could have parked the QE2 alongside us and we wouldn't have woken!
The marina and yacht club are very nice and everyone is very friendly. We investigated the various leaks and have hopefully dealt with them, and tackled the list of little jobs that needed doing.
We spent the few days in harbour socialising and looking around the town, a trip to Santiago de Compostela and readying the boat for the next leg.
Next stop Portugal.
