Distance covered 129 nm (bit more than a 24
hour run!)
That's the first 24 hours at sea completed, no
problems but lack of wind! But that has now changed, we have about 12 knots from
the NE and we're averaging a 5.5 knots. Long may this wind
continue!
Serafina is just ahead of us and we have started
our evening SSB chats, though last nights could have been done with string and
tin cans we were that close! It was a good photo opportunity
though.
When we were last in the UK our grandson gave us a
compass to take with us.
It now has pride of place by the nav table - thanks
