The last few days have been spent onboard Wanda. Both of us have been a bit under the weather so it’s been a restful few days recovering.

On Wednesday Anne ventured out to the weekly market. After a long walk through town she found the market and wished she hadn’t bothered.

We have managed to do a few jobs around the boat. One successfully completed project was to have the cooker so it only gimbals (swings) when we are sailing and is static while in harbour. Stephen was struggling with flans spilling as opening the oven door causes the cooker to swing.

We have started on the bimini (sun shade). We are trying to design it so it can stay up while sailing. We also caught up on the paper work.

The old bull ring and university in Cartagena (the university use to be an old military hospital).
