Today we woke up to…..yes you’ve guessed, bright blue skies and sun.

We got up and decided to have a good tidy up of the boat. We then went along to the hotel to get a good Wifi connection so we could do some online shopping.

After lunch we went into town and had a fun half hour waiting for our turn in the post office. They have a system like the deli counters in supermarkets. You take a number and then wait your turn. We were number 322 and when we arrived they were on 286. There seemed to be more “eccentrics” in the post office than usual causing the counter staff grief. Anyway eventually our number was called and within a few seconds we had finished our transaction.

This evening we made a few phone calls to friends back in the UK. Now we have found the cheap phone cards it makes it a bit cheaper to phone people. We then had a quiet night in. Please note we were not out partying.

Today Yoyo discovered that she can jump off the boat onto the pontoon – she didn’t go far today (off the boat then immediately back on). We guess it’s a case of watch this space to see what she gets up to next.
