Today the trusty sewing machine reappeared. Anne has now turned her hand to canvas work. First on the list was a protective cover for the dan buoy to protect it from UV light. The end result looks smart and very professional. She also repaired a pair of Stephen’s favorite trousers (we need to save money as we don’t work now!)

Stephen did some admin work and helped Anne with the sewing (we bought a massive roll of UV resistant thread for sewing outdoor items and it doesn’t really fit on a domestic sewing machine hence another Wallace and Gromit contraption was required!).

Koshka & Yoyo spent the day lazing in the sun once again.

We then had another quiet evening in.
