Anne once again worked in the sweat shop making curtains. I’ve promised her a day off tomorrow. We installed two in the aft cabin today. 15 to go…

Meanwhile, after visiting the local market for the weeks veg, I spent a little time preparing for my star debut performance on CH77 (Friday is my first solo spot). I’ve decided to add a new feature – the Wandering Dragon Christmas quiz. All will be revealed in due course.

We also spent some time examining the portable washing machine Richard & Karen bought. We are considering buying one as we’ve calculated it will save money on launderette bills after 4-5 months, even with the shipping costs. It also means we can wash and spin cloths when in the middle of nowhere. We will make sure there is nothing more suitable in Portugal first. We also need to think carefully where to store and use it.

In the evening we went out for a drink with Con & Barbara from BigSky as they are flying back home to Canada on Sunday. Richard & Karen joined us as well. We all had an early night.
