This morning we did some domestic chores (food shopping and a load of washing) and then started another day of boat upgrading. Stephen connected and fed the new bilge pipe along its new course through the bulkhead (quite tricky). However we both decided the shower tray needed another layer of paint, so the final part of connecting the pipes was once again delayed. Anne was soaking the brass screws from the cockpit table in vinegar and then polishing them. We reassembled the cockpit table - it looks much smarter and we will install it tomorrow.

Koshka and Yoyo once again lazed on deck in the sun watching us work.

As it was shrove Tuesday, dinner was pancakes with asparagus, red pepper, cheese and squash filling.
