Poros. Sunday 22nd May, 2022.

We left Erimoni with the main sail up and hoping for a slight breeze. It did come in waves. One minute there a little puff next the water was as still as can be like glass. The genny even came out as we passed two channels where the breeze was blowing through.
As we passed through the channel and got our first sight of Poros the three islands in a day cruise ship decided to follow us. In the last couple of years the Dolphin ferry boats have had to go around the island and not through the smallish channel but apparently three islands in a day is on a tight schedule and quickest is best causing a huge wake in doing so.

The water temperature has improved to 21.4 degrees thinking of our grandchildren for next week where ever they may be on holiday.
Poros is a great island. Plenty of little shops and restaurants around the water front. We had travelled 22.5 Sea miles.

We anchored in Navy Bay in our favourite spot for a lovely quiet afternoon. We went ashore around 5.30 pm to go to the chandeliers for a little something Jim needs for Ariel. On our way back we saw our South African friends Martin and Sue whom we met ten years ago for a few wines and to discuss the bio metric card arriving back to Ariel and her solar lights after dark.
