The morning was bright and sunny so we decided to make our way to Agay and the little bay where we knew we could anchor.  It was a small journey windward of 12.6 miles where we could see the red mountains close up.  We settled in the bay and after dinner we ventured ashore for a walk and drinks.  Diedy, our Dutch friend said she had been there as a child and so we had to give it a try as the colour of the mountains is so red. Stall holders with their home made goods were on the seaside pavement and a few small restaurants and bars were on the other side.  No development in tourism has taken place in Agay where as St. Tropez had developed into a beautiful town.  Stopping for a drink we got eaten alive with mosquitoes. As we looked around the restaurant everyone else was slapping their leg or arm so we drunk up quick and fled back to Ariel.
