Kilada

Monday 16th May 2022.

I missed the eclipse just kept getting up at the wrong times. There will another time. The followers watched from the Temple of Poseidon and the photos were magnificent.
We did see three barracudas around the boat and it was lucky a fisherman didn’t see them as they would have been hunted. We watched a fisherman yesterday afternoon putting out a line and pulling it in with nothing to show for his hard work of keep motoring his boat and throwing out the line and pulling in. He would have loved to have seen these three fish.

After a lovely quiet night we motored and managed to sail the last three miles to Kilada on our way to Naflion for our bio metric card interview!!!
Not many boats out on the water at all.

Last nights dinner of home cooked octopus was delicious. Very tender.
We are looking for the turtles 🐢 but so far today we have not seen them.
A beautiful evening sun is covering the bay.
