A change of scenery is needed so we sail across to the small town of Epidvros where we have been several times. Plenty of space to anchor and to be able to row ashore but best of all we can swim from Ariel. We were lucky to see 2 dolphins on our way. They didn’t want to play with us but it always gives us a great happiness when we see even one. Our way of getting closer to nature.
Another kingfisher flew past Ariel and we couldn’t believe it as this isn’t a bird we normally see and to see 2 in three days was magic.
Brian and Mari joined us in the little bay and we all went ashore for drinks before cooking on board. So many places haven’t opened due to Covid and it is sad to see a little town which is very much welcoming to yachts is now only a quarter awake.
