Thursday 28th June, 2018.

By 9 o’clock we were ready to leave Nea Kallikratia and although the skies were black the sea had calmed and the rain had stopped.  It was a long day but we sailed down the peninsula and across to the gulf to Porto Koufos arriving at 7 o’clock in time for finding a dinner restaurant.  We had travelled 55.6 miles. We had seen lots of clouds but we managed sunshine nearly all the way and we were pleased to arrive at Porto Koutos which is a beautiful location and one to impress you.  Sand, beach bed, umbrella’s, a couple of hotels and plenty of space for camper vans which park just by the beach. The 6 plus restaurants are very smart and touting for your business but fresh white table cloths and a selection of meals.  We try different ones each evening we are there.  It is more fun!
