We motored the five miles back to English Harbour as the thunder was still rumbling away in the distance and the wind strength had increased so Jim decided we should be on a jetty. Also he had been told the restaurant is excellent!
We were stern to on the jetty helped by restaurant staff and a huge pickup line. Very pretty area with boats on moorings around the small bay. We ate at the restaurant and indeed the food was very good. We saw “Mumma” come out of the kitchen and could only say how lovely it was to have a wide range of Turkish homemade dishes.
A wonderfully quiet night and we were lucky we did not see one drop of rain as the clouds disappeared over the mountains and left us with a beautiful sunset.
