Wednesday 3^rd July, 2019.

Our next stop on Ariel cruises for Angie and Nicki was Neorion Bay, Poros.  We had a good motor sail around Methana and managed to keep our sail up until just before our destination having motor sailed 18.55 miles. We had lunch on the way with the glorious sun shining. The water was just right for a swim when we arrived.

The week before we had researched the local restaurant where on Wednesday’s Greek music and dancing takes place so Jim went over in the tender and booked a table for six as our very good friends Tricia and Clive arrived after us from Serifos where they had been hiding from the meltemi for over a week. We were indeed very pleased to see them safe and well back in Poros.

We all enjoyed the excellent meal and especially the Greek music and dancing.

I said a toast to my dear Mum who would have celebrated another birthday if she was still with us.
