We left the buoy in Koiladha Bay and headed out past the wonderful private island and said good bye to this beautiful area and small town on the start of this year’s adventure.  We rounded two large headlands and motor sailed past quite a few expensive villas overlooking the water into Porto Kheli for a change of scenery.

On our way we saw 4 dolphins and we thought this was a good omen for the summer.  The first of the four deckers was anchored outside the entrance to the bay and aptly named Queen K.

Although we are sitting in bright sunshine the barometer has dropped by 10 bars over night and so we can only think rain and strong winds must be coming our way!
