Today a short move from La Trinte to The Morbihan.  What a lovely place the Morbihan is.  Over 50 square miles of inland sea.  Dozens of islands with forests of pine trees.  Some private, some inhabited but most with nobody living on them.  But what a tide races in and out of it ! !  We entered at the top of the tide looking for some degree of slack water, on only a medium range sized neap tide, but we were still swept into the entrance and into the inland channels.  We liked the look of Larmor Badon a small village with a quay so we picked up a vancant mooring.  Then the tide started the ebb and we had over 3 knots of tide running under us and we were well off the main channels.  ( when we left I had over 6 knots of tide under me and it was near the end of the tidal ebb )

A peaceful dinner was had watching the setting sun and then reading our books.
