By 2 January the New Year Eve’s fleet had departed and we headed south again to Ko Muk, one of a group of three islands and a number of hongs.  The anchorage that we wanted to use was occupied by tow yachts whose placing made getting in far enough to get protection from the swell difficult so we headed a couple of miles further south and anchored off the small village and resort.
