Noumea to Kupang Day 4 – Trade wind sailing continues

This morning and not before time we rigged the pole using the main to drive the boat and hence keep us stern on to the waves whilst we did it.  It makes it much easier on the boat although with not much up other than the genoa we do tend to roll a bit.

 

I just wish that I could get a photograph that shows the sea as it appears to us.  I will keep trying.  The sea sky interface is the top of the next wave to go through.  The wave height is about 4 metres but it feels much bigger at times.

 

 

Just so that you know that we are looking after ourselves, dinner was a joint effort of chicken pasta bake, yes the Skipper has been allowed to assemble ingredients, cooked in the Remoska and a picture of that famous device will appear in tomorrow’s gripping instalment.
