1800 – 24 February 2011 We moved into the marina in preparation for our weekend ashore and to
attend to some administrative issues. Amongst other facilities we know
that we can get our gas bottles filled here – just drop them off at the
laundry, obvious really. This really is a superb a marina with slips designed to take our size
of boat with ease, which makes life easier. It seems strange being here
without the buzz of the ARC around us. There are however a large number
of ARC boats on our pontoon that have been left by their owners who have had to
return to work and who we assume will return to complete their Atlantic circuit
later in the season. |
