– 8 February 2011 A mixed day with a major clean up inside the boat and a thorough clean
of the cockpit to remove the salt that had ended up there during the rougher
parts of our trip north. We had a visit from Ginny and David Jarvis, friend sailing with Sue and
Alan and an even better excuse to tidy our boat up. It was then off for the 50m dinghy ride to Sulana for a champagne and
birthday cake tea and a rather longer and wetter trip ashore to a restaurant
for sundowners and dinner. A great evening and definitely worth the 130nm trip north. No paparazzi so here is the dinner photograph:
