This morning I spoke to Rich, the president of Sea Mercy. He thinks that Vanuatu get's their share of aid. What is worse are the islands of Kiribati and Tuvalu, they are in the shadow of all media attention. So we are asking who in the fleet would be interested in helping out there. We would still not leave until the end of April as it will take a while to get supplies and to gather information on what can be done to help out as much as possible. It is nobodies idea to just show up and see what we can do. If you are interested in helping out from a distance this is that part of the mail from Rich:
Disaster Relief Fund for the Remote Islands and share this link (http://www.seamercy.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=20). If we can raise enough funds early, we can send help without having to wade through the red tape

Thanks Staffan!
