Closing in on Futuna some really great skies

Trying to explain for Andreas how a binocular works                  Salsa anchored in the bay in Futuna, all in solitude

Until the monthly ship arrived to the same bay and harbor
I wonder if the entire ship will fit in the container?






First night in Futuna, Party!


Different ways of contacting the world outside the island if you do not have a boat

Lots and lots of rain, but you still need to get your baguette when you can  (doesn't she look French?)


Population had declined from 5000 to 3000 in a couple of years, due to lack of work

Jan, the harbor captain from New Caledonia took us on a car ride, we ended up in a chapel that was carved out in the lava, 
a really nice guy was cleaning it and took the opportunity to tell us about it and he also greeted Ellinor wit an extra treat
