Sailing in 41 knots (20 m/sec)

We sailed 50 Nautical Miles in mostly 20-25 knots of wind (10-12 m/sec) but we where hit by a dark cloud that gave us a real taste of a true gale.
That lasted maybe for 40 minutes and Salsa behaved like a lady that knows how to dance in heavy weather.
Now we are in Lauwersoog, a place that feels like stopping at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. But it took us a couple of hours to get here but since the weather was so hard and was about to get worse we felt we had enough.
