Deception of life

The great deeption of life is to believe that we will live for a very long time, and that makes us believe that we can put off what should be done now till later. I told you before that we are trying to learn the next step in our own lives, and that is to have NO plan.  Funny enough that seemes to be hard for many around us as well. We keep getting the question "what are you up to? what are your plans?". Even though you might view it as irresponsible or unthoughtful, think twice. How much of our lives is filled with important issues that could surely make no difference if viewed from the moon? How many times do I see people running like crazy, jumping over one obstacle after the oher, and one day they fall, and wonder why did they run and where to?
To be honest it does not feel good to work against the programming made as I grew up; my life has always been full of ideas about how to make a change or how to be creative in a given situation, and I love it. I truly love to work and make a differnce. Just to go to another island and help out this village to get a tree to be able to make some money has been great. A mission, a sense of importance.
I do fill my day with writing and that makes my life easier than if I had just been sitting around and wait for the next thing to break or to make lunch for the family.
And yet, I have to live the day as it comes and that truly makes us "seize the day". Now I'm starting to comprehend the real feeling of fatalism.
With that comes a state of tranquility, a slower breathing pace.
Just try it yourselfe for a moment, as you read this, drop your shoulders, take a deep breath, hold it for a while, you are alive! Let it go and now rush on to the next item, thank you for reading.
