After 2 hours sailing we entered the bay of Portobello.
This is a magnificent spanish fort built to ship ALL gold from South America.
According to Karl on Windarra there might have been half of the entire gold in the world that has been shipped here.
A walk into town and a participation in church as they celebrated Long friday was like a new picture for us.
Cars, we have not seen a car since we left St Marta.
Stores, well they are "special"
A lot of things we have not handled for a while.
Windarra was here with their kids Blake and Sophia so Erika and Andreas played with them on the ruins of the old fortification walls.
