Yesterday evening we came in to the harbour of
Papete and docked to land for the first time since Panama.
We made the passage of 280nM in 36 hours, that
means almost 8knots in average wich is very fast for us.
The passage was ok, we had half wind, but since we
made such speed we ended up having the apparent wind on the nose.
As it was very gusty it was hard to relax. But
since the trip was short it was OK.
Guess if the kids wanted to get ashore as fast as
possible. The marina we are at is in the middle of town. With traffic and
everything.
The amount of sounds, happenings and smells is
almost too much when you have been away from a city since April.
