We had rented a car today, to go and see the fair in Coromandel and look at some cars.
Then we got a phone call from Jan yesterday where we were offered to be helped searching a used cheap car by her brothers son who is good at these things.
We took it as a great gift and he is now checking the market for us.
So we took off this morning just to see the fair and go on an excursion to see the northern part of the Coromandel Peninsula.
The fair was hysterical, lots and lots of people and for a change the sun was shining from a clear blue sky making it very hot.
The worse part about being t a fair with the kids is that they want everything.
After 2 hours we had enough and took off with the car. Had a small picnic at a view point on top of a mountain.
It was interesting to sit still and just watch all the people that came to take a picture of the view, or a "selfie" or better ask somebody to take a picture of them.
We counted 40 pictures taken within 60 seconds and made it a good exercise for Erika to figure how many pictures had been taken from that point...
We enjoyed the ride up at Coromandel, but the traffic is intense now when it is holiday time! We stopped at a camping ground to have an ice cream and took a walk into the ground. The tents and the camping vans were almost stacked upon each other. On top of that almost everybody has a boat on a trailer. And it would be interesting to see how many boat trailers they have in this country. Maybe one per capita? And they catch a lot of fish mind you! At the fish cleaning area it was crowded with people having big amounts of red snapper!

Other than being tourists today I spend a lot of time preparing my new speech for May June in Sweden, and also preparing mail to clients I had directly (Talarforum takes care of the ones we had together).
Ellinor is helping the kids to sort out their pile of toys, that has become far to big after this christmas. We have toys in the forward bathroom, in the forward peak and in the saloon.... It might seem like a small problem but they want to keep everything-
