Six months and you rshoulders will drop

We are still stuck in Figuera da Foz. On saturday night we decided to adapt to dining times here in Portugal and went out by 8 pm.
The result? Two children that did not want any food and that almoust fell asleep on the way home. What kept them up was the TV in the restaurant. It is really strange to sit with your back to a TV and watch people watching...
In the marina there is Norwegian boat, stuck as well (the harbour is now closed due to big swell), the skipper that is delivering the boat to the Canary islands has done a three year sailing trip in 2009. I asked him how it was to get home, - terrible, he said. You will miss this life. -Well, I said, for me it is the opposite right now, hard to find a meaning in this. - Well, he said, after six months your shoulders will drop and you will relax. You will learn that it's not the clock, it's the weather that command your actions. So you learn to live with it and appreciate it to.
 
So the weather looks like we might get a window big enought to go to Madeira on friday, but you never know
