Woke up 4.30 this morning, our mooring had let go... at least enougt to be hooked to another sailboat.
Winds at around 25-30 knots, massive rain. We had to let the moring go and get out in open water.
Just motoring around until dawn and we could search a new mooring...
Wake the kids up, they where invited to go to school, I was supposed to go with them but I was stressed with the winchlass so Kristina at Miss My took them.
I had to find some internet to download mail and drawings from our DP, Dag.(Thank you Dag!)
Next thing try to get a special tool for getting one of the shafts loose from the gearbox. Got it thanks to a Swedish guy on the island.
Opened up the gearbox etc you do not want to know al the details, but when I was going to rush back with the tool the dinghy engine gave up.
Peter from Stormvogel came with his dinghy and suddenly he found himselfe at work with the windlass...
And so on... all dammed day.
Then we had to change mooring because the one we took was private...bla bla bla.'
The kids in school? They liked it but complained about to much noise... spoiled....
Ellinor did the laundry on board all day.
I fixed the outboard, hate it... but now I know how to.,...
Hope to get windlass fixed  tomorrow, ordered a part from a company called "Troubles in Paradise"
