At about 0900 this mornng we arrived to the lonely island of Niue, It is amazing, patch of coral that rises over the sea to about 30 meters (the tallest in the world). Then there is a forest that covers the entire island (Mahogany!).

We have not been shore yet. Will clear customs soon.

There is no real harbour or any protection from the ocean to the west. So the dinghys have to be raised with a crane when you come ashore.

The last 24 hours where tought, lots of gusty winds, the strongest around 35 knots. The sea has been changing from bad to worse and then only bad again.
