Title: N 4433.13.273 W9..008 Ria de Corme E Laxe

Yesterday we had a great start from our anchorage, but approaching The most western point of Europe mainland , Cabo Finistere we where hit by real hard wind on the nose. Up to 28 knots. The sea was already 2 meters coming in from the Atlantic, in long nice swells, but it is interesting to see what happens when  opposing wind start a new wave train. The air was sprayed with saltwater. Everything you touched was like an open package of salt. We  went in to Laxe, a small fishing port, and just getting in took 2 hours as we had to fight our way pass a big  sandbank.
Throwing the anchor was nice, the wind was piping in the rig and there where only two more boats in the bay. But soon it became crowded and you could tell the crews where tired.
The children played with small balls of steel, and that was fun, until we had waves coming in making the boat roll in the middle of the night. Suddenly we had balls rolling n the floor making me chasing them to ake the boat quite again. Did  find all? No!
