Luganville, Espiritu Santo (yes the Spaniards was here 1600)  15 October  15 31 41S 167 09 84E

And the country Vanuatu, former New Hebrides, a part of Melanesia, has had a kind of English / French ruling before their independence.
This must be unique. This must be the only country where Brits and Frogs could get together in some harmony.

They locals speak English or French depending which islands you are visiting. And all of them speak their own language, Bislama.
There is one word they always manage to fit in, blong.

Again, another small island nation with friendly smiling helpful people (although poor).
We visited some islands. All of them very basic, but still they seems to be happy.

The children always play and are aloud to be noisy. There is always laughter.
