Today we left, 07:35, crossed IJselmmer our destination was Enkhuizen but Sans Peur behaved well and our spirits was on top so we decided to continue to Kampen.
We where longing for canals. From IJselmeer we entered river IJsel to Kampen.
It took us 7 hours and we averaged about 6,5 knots.
Kampen is one of the best historical wise preserved cities in The Netherlands.
We are moored in a small cozy marina next to old town, De Buitenhaven. Tomorrow we will enjoy exploring.
This was our test and first mooring, the comment from the Harbour Master felt good: “Very well done Sir”. The almost could not squesse 14 m of Sans Peur in.
A very good day, indeed.
A bit chilly when we left, 10 C.
Entrance to river IJsel.
Safely moored in Kampen.
