Arrived back on Firday, Aug 22nd,  to our home base on-board Sea Mist where she is moored at Rebak Marina, Langkawi. Great to start up all systems with no issues…nice treat to come back to….boats don't like being left alone unused at all so usually some problems are discovered. Hopefully not too many hidden issues to come forward over these next weeks.

No clear sense of what we are going to be doing going forward; this is the first time in our 9 years where the way forward is so uncertain as we return from a time away. Focus now is on fully preparing the boat to be ready for all options….whether that be sitting at the marina and continuing air/land travel in Asia/SE Asia….or…heading out across the Indian Ocean to the Red Sea and the Med….or….mixing some regional cruising while continuing to base ourselves at Rebak. Only time will tell…updates will be provided when something is known.
