Location Report: Main Pier at Ao Chalong

Sea Mist > Sold to New Owners July 2016

We moved westward a mile or so across the harbour to anchor off the main Ao Chalong pier. Now to get to shore for handling the formalities, get sim cards for voice and data in Thailand, stock up on fresh produce…AND PORK TENDERLOINS…Thailand has pork….excellent pork cuts…available; not like Malaysia and other Muslim countries.

If all goes well, we will finish up in town early enough to get back to Sea Mist and weigh anchor for the short 7 nm run around the bottom of Phuket to meet up with our long term friends, Kilkea, who have been patiently waiting for us to get our act together in Rebak and get up here.
